Ted Brooks - Head Honcho / Business Consultant
Ted's main job here at Target Consulting is to improve the structure and productivity of our clients' businesses.
He has experience developing broad plans, and also in dealing with specific problems a business might be having.
Ted graduated with honours from the the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management in 1992.
Throughout his consulting career, Ted has worked with hundreds of businesses, large and small, helping them run more smoothly and efficiently, and saving them money.
He works one-on-one with employers and employees to establish a business’ operating procedures, and after thorough examination, helps develop a plan for improvement.
